The Master of Administrative Law and Policy (MALP) is designed to provide an understanding of the relationship between law and the analysis and implementation of public policy.While MALP as a course is located within the Sydney Law School, candidates can undertake units in Law as well in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (Department of Government and International Relations) and the Faculty of Education and Social Work.
Basic knowledge of history ,economics,ploitical science and civics.
Admission to the degree requires: (a) a bachelor’s degree with a minimum credit average from the University of Sydney in government, law, social work or other appropriate discipline as determined by the Faculty, or an equivalent qualification; or a bachelor’s degree from the University of Sydney, or an equivalent qualification and the applicant provides evidence of professional experience or of a period of service (normally of several years in duration)
The Master of Administrative Law and Policy (MALP) is designed for those who work in the fields of law, economics, government, social work or another relevant discipline, who wish to upgrade their undergraduate qualification(s) for the purposes of career advancement or professional and academic interest.
