Units offered in this Associate Degree will allow students to become knowledgeable in a range of appropriate business activities such as logistics, international business management, exporting and importing and marketing. This knowledge is essential for a sound understanding of issues that are faced by such specialised industries. This course is available part-time by distance study mode or full-time on campus.

A year 12 students clearly in with an ATAR score.AMC will consider applications from people who do not have the above qualification but who seek admission on the basis of experience gained in industry or government.To be eligible for entry, applicants must have completed a qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12 (for example, GCE A Levels). Students who have completed certificate or diploma level studies will be considered.Alternate entry is available for applicants with a minimum of 2 years work experience.International students from a non-English speaking background also need to have an IELTS score.
Articulation to the Bachelor of Business (Maritime and Logistics Management) is available. On successful completion of this Associate Degree students receive 16 units credit/advanced standing into the degree program.
The course will allow graduates to contribute to operations and management in the international logistics and maritime industries. Organizations involved in international trade, such as those involved in exporting and importing, global transport, ship management, international freight forwarding and ports and terminals will be potential employers. Additionally the course will provide a solid grounding in international logistics and maritime transport issues for people employed in government and other policy-related areas.
