In this course, students will discover how to understand the physical and biological environment, how human activity affects the environment, and how to create sustainable ecosystems. Students will also explore the links between air, land, water, biology and human society - and how these are involved in managing our natural environment. Student’s gain a strong scientific understanding of the environment and how to link this to natural resource management. Student can also develop a specialization in the areas that spark interest as student progresses throughout degree. Student can choose to study a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, which involves three years of full-time study, or the part-time equivalent, or a Bachelor of Environmental Science (BEnvSc) which is four years of full-time study, or the part-time equivalent. In first year, student can choose either degree and have the flexibility to transfer to the other option after completing 12 points of credit.

Major studies focuses on gaining of indepth knowledge of environmental science and management.
Graduates may be eligible for membership with the following professional bodies: Environment Institute of Australia, Legal Practitioners Admissions Board. The following are some professions to consider, including extra majors that will improve your prospects of achieving them.Engineering and Natural Science Manager:-Engineering and Natural Sciences Managers plan, coordinate, and direct research, design, and production activities. Conservation Scientist / Forester:-Conservation Scientists manage, improve, and protect the countrys natural resources. They work with the landowners and Federal, State, and local governments to devise ways to use and improve the land without damaging the environment. Environmental Ecologist:-Environmental Ecologists study the relationships between organisms and their environments and the effects of influences such as population size, pollutants, rainfall, temperature, and altitude.
