With this course students will learn how to make processes more efficient, to improve product manufacture and consistency in quality, and to increase productivity by designing, testing and implementing suitable software and hardware. Students will also explore both embedded and computer based systems in a small-class teaching environment.Students will get opportunity to participate in unique internship program, gaining vital workplace based experience and student will also complete a minimum of 500 hours of approved work experience which will build practical, hands-on skills and well as expanding professional network. As an Industrial Computer Systems Engineering graduate students will be in a unique position as industrial engineering is applied across virtually every industry, streamlining processes like supply chain management and manufacturing production.

As per normal undergraduate admission requirements. It is recommended that students have completed the equivalent of WACE Mathematics 3C/3D, WACE Mathematics: Specialist 3C/3D, WACE Physics 3A/3B and WACE Chemistry 3A/3B. Students who do not have the necessary Mathematical and Physics prerequisite knowledge may take an extra semester to complete their studies.
