Journalism is a combination of real-world practice, creativity and technological skills, and project work. Students will develop the ability to research, prepare and publish news, current affairs and other content across different media platforms, including print, broadcast and online media.
Good Communication Skills.
Gaining of knowledge related to film and television, social sciences, international relations, history, sociology, anthropology are the concepts included as major parts in this course.
Students are eligible to this course if they have score 5 in GCE/STPM/HKALE (A-levels - best of three), score 24 in IB, score 60 in Ontario Gr 12 (best of 6), score 70 in TER (including TEE/SACE/HSC/VCE), score 53 in WAUFP (CPS), 65% in India/Pakistan, score 6 in Sri Lanka.
This course is accredited by accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications.
Students of this course will have career as Journalist, Media Presenter, Print Journalist, Radio Journalist, Television Journalist, Photo Journalist.
