In this course students study the techniques to shape rights and responsibilities as individuals, and in organizations, governments and communities. In this course, students will develop a range of analytical, communication and practical skills . Students will also learn about legal concepts, language and how to conduct legal research and will also have chance to study social welfare, mediation and restorative justice units. With a degree in Legal Studies, Students can work in a variety of roles, including the police force, Justice Department, other government agencies or private organisations.

Industrial relations specialists prepare information for management to use during collective bargaining agreement negotiations, a process that requires the specialist to be familiar with economic and wage data and to have extensive knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining trends.
