If student is interested to make a difference to the challenges that migrants face in Australia, this course will help to learn the practical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills needed to succeed. In this course students will enjoy the challenge of completing the only Migration Law postgraduate degree in Western Australia.

Major studies include understanding in-depth knowledge related to Australian Immigration Law and Practice.

This course is accredited by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), as required entry-level training for students to eventually become registered as a Migration Agent. If student is already a Migration Agent, this course has been approved by MARA for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to develop professional skills further.
This course could lead to a career as a migration agent. Upon successful completion of this program students may apply for registration as a Migration agent via the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) website.
