This course gives opportunity to learn the strategic and professional HR skills needed to succeed in the industry the student is passionate about. Completing this coursework Masters degree will allow students to make a real difference by managing an organization’s human resources in line with strategic goals and objectives. Students will also gain skills in HR planning, staffing, training and development, performance management, remuneration, and complete a specialized unit which covers occupational health and safety, drugs and alcohol in the work place and counseling.

After completing this course, Students will be able to work in a wide range of roles - from specialist HR roles to talent management opportunities. The course is accredited by the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
