With this course, Students can further develop HRM skills and take the next step towards completing a Master in Human Resource Management (HRM).In this professionally-oriented program, Students will learn about the essentials of HR management - including planning, training and development, performance management and remuneration. Students will also study occupational health and safety and other areas of organizational HR design such as change development and project management.

In this course major studies include development of in depth knowledge related to employment policies, legal and environmental regulations and organizational design. Acquisition of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior , Management, Managing, Evaluating and Developing Human Resources, Managing Remuneration, Benefits and Motivation, or Occupational Health and Safety Law.
Recognized bachelor's degree or higher and evidence of relevant two-year work experience, or satisfactory preparation for the course through previous study or professional experience.
After completing this course, The students get accreditation from the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) .
