In this course students will gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of business and industrial psychology and help create workplaces that nurture and support physical and mental health and well-being. This course is intense and hard work. However, Students will be learning from incredibly passionate individuals in turn who will guide and support students throughout studies.

Major studies focuses on development of skills related to business and industrial psychology.
A recognized bachelor's degree, usually requiring at least three years of full-time study or its equivalent, or higher, or satisfactory preparation through a combination of previous study and work experience.
All courses are accredited by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). This program also prepares graduates for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD )Therefore, on successful completion of this course graduates are eligible for Graduate Membership of the CIPD.
This Postgraduate Certificate is available to graduates of any discipline, including psychology, who do not intend to pursue a career as a Registered Psychologist but who intend to work in an area where knowledge of organizational psychology human resources and safety will be of benefit. Employment prospects in these areas are currently very good.
