The flexibility of our arts degree allows students to create a course that's tailored to academic interests while allowing students to explore different career options. In this course students will develop the kind of transferable skills employers are looking for - communication, teamwork, research, critical thinking and cultural sensitivity. Students will also have the opportunity to apply for a Monash IBM Future Leaders Scholarship. Students can also take up to two semesters by off-campus learning, creating a flexible course.
Good knowledge of arts and management skills.
To be eligible to this course students need to have equivalent Australian Year 12.A study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or 25 in English other than EAL and a study score of at least 25 in any Mathematics.
A Bachelor of Business allows graduates to satisfy educational requirements of various professional registrations and memberships.
Our graduates can be found in international relations or trade, foreign affairs, diplomacy, politics and government, environmental research and planning, and international development, as well as the media, arts, advertising and health. Students will also work for the government, corporations and themselves. The range of career options available to students depends on the chosen subjects, but students will be able to explore many career paths because of the wide range of subjects and specializations we offer.
First Semester (March), Second Semester (July)
IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking, TOEFL 550 with a TWE of 4.5 or an Internet-based TOEFL score of 79 with 21 in Writing, 12 in Listening, 13 in Reading and 18 in Speaking.
