Studying the Psychology in Society major will help students to build a scientific understanding of human behavior and its underlying psychological processes. In this course students will find an emphasis on the measurement of psychological abilities such as intelligence, how these abilities develop through the life span and on the processes that govern the relationships between people and groups in society. Students also get chance to discuss, apply and expand on the theories described in unit in practical laboratory classes and structured tutorials.
