This course is aimed at students who wish to broaden and update their knowledge and expertise in anatomical sciences. Students focus on one aspect of human anatomical structure and function, ranging from studies in neuroscience, evolution, human variation and adaptation, forensic anthropology or biomechanics to morphometric and comparative anatomy. The course includes coursework units and an individual research project.
Good knowledge of biology.
Major studies include development of skills related to structure of organs and organ systems .
International students must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (where required), completed to a sufficiently high standard.
This course will equip students with the skills, knowledge and experience to take career in anatomical science and related areas to the next level. This course leads to become Anatomist or Physiologist.
