This graduate diploma is available to graduates with a recognized Law degree who wish to pursue advanced or further study in law.The Graduate Diploma in Law consists of four postgraduate option units (24 points) and may be articulated into a Master of Laws or Master of Commercial and Resources Law.
Basic knowledge of law and general knowledge.
In this the main studies include combination of arts and law study, and also it includes study of an arts and social sciences as a major in the subject area of your choice. In this course you will study a fixed curriculum, comprising units of study in a range of areas of law including administrative law, federal constitutional law, and property and commercial law.
International students must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (where required), completed to a sufficiently high standard.
The Graduate Diploma in Law(LLB) is accredited by the Legal Profession Admission Board (LPAB) and meets the academic requirements to practise law in the State of New South Wales.
This degree will provide skills, expertise, knowledge and understanding, which will assist students in taking the next step for career. This course leads to become an Lawyer.
