This course is designed to consolidate students' understanding of interdisciplinary research and its application to current issues relating to human well-being and human futures. A research dissertation and thesis are completed, both of which integrate several disciplines to focus on a specific human problem.
Good knowledge of biology.
Major studies include providing students with a broad overview of organizational management. It offers a flexible program of courses that emphasizes the most current knowledge in the profession.
International students must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (where required), completed to a sufficiently high standard.
Upon successful completion of the master program, students may be eligible to apply for full membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
This course aims to provide a solid background to understand the current world situation and the challenges and opportunities of the future. It provides grounding in interdisciplinary and future studies needed to engage with the increasingly complex issues. This course leads to become Human Resource Professional, Program or Project Manager.
