The Master of Architecture (Design) is a program of independent, supervised research leading to the presentation of an exhibition of architectural design equivalent in scope to the schematic design of a building of major cultural significance. Students in this course undertake a program of independent, supervised research. Assessment is on the basis of an exhibition of their work.

In this course the major studies include an understanding of architecture and provides students with a diverse set of skills and learning experiences. You will focus on learning the core skills of an architect and architectural designer and intensively develop a broad grounding in design and communication skills.
International students must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (where required), completed to a sufficiently high standard.
Graduates may be employed in an architectural practice or a related design field, but in order to be professionally recognised as an architect graduates are required to complete the Master of Architecture. Completion of the Master of Architecture will allow you, following two years professional experience, to sit the Architects Registration Board examination and register as an architect in Australia.
This degree will equip students with the skills and experience to take career in architecture to the next level and this course leads to become Architect, Architectural Draftsperson.
