This course provides nurses with knowledge and skills to conduct relevant research contributing to the body of evidence on which nursing practice is based.This course provides a strong grounding in epidemiology and biostatistics (applied to clinical research) within the multidisciplinary context of public health. Nurses gain experience in all aspects of the research process, from the conception and design of a research project, collection and analysis of data to the effective communication of results.

Major studies focus on development of good skills related to epidemiology and biostatistics (applied to clinical research) within the multidisciplinary context of public health.
International students must have a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in a relevant discipline (where required), completed to a sufficiently high standard.
