The Graduate Certificate of Management Studies gives students a fundamental grounding in business and management subject areas, demonstrating the integrated nature of business management, developing their research, analytical, critical thinking and presentation skills. The Graduate Certificate in Management Studies is also the entry award into the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Master of International Business, Master of Strategic Foresight and Master of Social Investment and Philanthropy. The Graduate Certificate in Management Studies consists of two double units. The first is the Integrated Management Module. This double unit gives students a fundamental grounding in business and management subject areas. The second double unit is called Business in Practice and requires students to apply the fundamental grounding in business and management subject areas they gained in the Integrated Management Module to their own organisation or a case study organisation of their choice.

The Faculty of Business may accept a candidate for the Graduate Certificate in Business if applicant satisfy any of the following criteria such as , a person who has completed an undergraduate degree of an Australian higher education institution OR the equivalent standard in any other institution OR a person who has five (5) years' relevant work experience. The international students must provide an IELTS test score or a TOEFL score, this test must not be more than 24 months old.

May lead to the C6Q Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.

Most graduates will already be established in business careers, so through successful completion of their Graduate Certificate may be able to expect better current job performance, promotion, and new opportunities in a broader business and international business environment such as High-level managers,Generalist managers.
