Mass Communication takes specialist areas which are normally studied in isolation and combines them in ways that offer an abundance of choice. Students will develop their own program of study to meet their own specific interests and needs. This course will enable students to think and study across more than one area in the rapidly expanding world of media and corporate communication. It will provide students with the key technological skills and knowledge for work in corporate media and communication fields, with breadth across a number of disciplines.

Gaining of knowledge related to Journalism Introduction to Broadcast, Journalism Print News, Media Studies - Asian Media in Transition, Consumer Behavior, Journalism Media Ethics, Consumers, Audiences, Publics and Users, Marketing Research, Journalism Media Law, International Marketing, Journalism Radio News, Journalism Feature Writing, Strategic Marketing, Marketing of Services are the concepts included as major parts in this course.
Students are eligible to this course if they have Successful completion of the Diploma of Arts and Creative Industries, a recognized diploma in related field will be assessed for entry into the second year, a local polytechnic diploma in related field will be assessed for entry into the third year.
This course is accredited by accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications.
Students of this course will have career as Public Relations Officer, Market Researcher, Journalist, Advertising Account Executive.
