The Bachelor of Strategic Communication is an industry-focused degree which covers subjects in public relations, advertising and marketing (including social marketing).  The degree consists of 360 credit points that can be completed in three years of full-time study. Subjects in Strategic Communication will cover issues and crisis management, community relations, government relations and internal communications. Subjects will address the use of social media and emerging platforms such as mobile media, as well as emphasise writing for broadcast and print. The degree is designed to prepare students for careers in the growth sectors of public relations, advertising and the strategic communications. Students will develop the skills to implement overall communication objectives, strategies and tactics with ethics and integrity.

This course is accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications.
