The study of psychology will help students to understand how people think, act and feel. It looks at why people behave the way they do and what motivates behaviours and social trends. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, students will use practical techniques to study personal and social issues. Students will be introduced to psychology and then study cognitive processes, psychological assessment, development and learning.

Gaining of knowledge related to Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Psychology, Social and Personality Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Biopsychology and Learning, Cognitive Processes, Perception, Design and Statistics, Principles of Psychological Assessment are the concepts included as major parts in this course.
Students are eligible to this course if they have Good knowledge of mathematics (HSC Mathematics band 4, or international equivalent).
This course is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC).
Students of this course will have career in Business areas such as: human resources, training or marketing, Educational institutions as a research assistant, report writer or academic, , Family or community based organisations, Government departments and agencies, Health Services organisations.
