The Bachelor of Business Leadership and Commerce allows students to major in areas such as accounting, international business or marketing – and yet also develop skills such as resilience, innovative thinking, strategic vision, and outstanding communication skills. The Bachelor of Business Leadership and Commerce develops the high-level soft skills that are needed to lead people, work collaboratively, communicate effectively and create innovative business solutions.

Gaining of knowledge related to Techniques and Elements of Finance, Principles of Management, Microeconomic Principles, Marketing Fundamentals, Leading Self, Leading Others: Managing Teams and Relationships, Communication for Effective Leadership, Business Leadership: Ethics and Social Responsibility, Creativity and Innovation, Problem Solving: Critical and Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Influence in Action are the concepts included as major parts in this course.
Students are eligible to this course if they have general HSC Mathematics is assumed knowledge. Students can study a first-year mathematics unit to acquire the assumed knowledge. Students can submit their CV. Students can also have an Interview.
This course is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
