Think critically about human society. Understand the science of people and how we create our legal systems. Gain a practical understanding of policy and social research. In this program students will study the fundamentals of the legal system and gain skills in social research and applied social science. Students will take a series of law subjects and choose a social science discipline. Macquarie Law will give students knowledge of legal principles and the critical and analytic skills to really understand them. Students will study established areas such as constitutional law, international law, contract law and family law.
