The primary course objective is to equip students with the fundamental knowledge, skills, capabilities and awareness to deliver flexible learning and use simulation in their teaching practice.
General knowledge about Flexible Learning and Stimulation for Health Professionals.
Development of skills in developing and delivering flexible learning, and understanding of the complex interplay between teaching and learning in simulated environments and development of communication skills across a broad range of practice contexts and teaching and learning environments with a wide range of inter-professional disciplines, cultures and age groups.
Applicants must hold an undergraduate degree or have qualifications and experience deemed to be the equivalent, and be employed in a health related field.
The course is being accredited by relevant professional bodies including the Australian College of Health Service Executives, the Royal College of Nursing Australia, the Australian College of Health Informatics.
The graduates may find employment in educational roles within health care facilities such as Chiropractor,Dentist,Naturopathic Doctor,Physical Therapist,Physician,Physician Assistant, Podiatrist,Veterinarian.
