This program is designed for middle to senior level managers and those aspiring to be senior managers. The vision of the Griffith MBA (Advanced) program is to develop responsible and globally focused leaders for sustainable enterprises. The learning goals of this program are as follows: Develop leadership and strategic capabilities in a local and global context, effectively and persuasively communicate in an organizational environment, Develop and advance understanding of ethical practice, corporate social responsibility and sustainability, Develop the capacity to manage multi-stakeholder relationships, Develop a high level of knowledge of a broad range of business disciplines. Students will be required to complete a set of ten core courses designed to introduce students to threshold concepts central to effective business administration, two elective courses or International Exchange and four specialization courses designed to advance their individual knowledge and competencies in areas of management relevant to their personal goals. In this course specializations include Information Systems Management, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Enterprise. Students may choose to complete an additional 40 credit points of study and not gain a named specialization. The International exchange component provides an opportunity for eligible MBA students to obtain experience at one of Griffith's international partner universities.

Graduate outcomes for each specialization are outlined below such as Information Systems Management: This specialization will advance industry professionals' knowledge and skills in key areas of information policy and governance, resource management, complex project management and mobile technology strategy. These core competencies will ensure competitiveness in the modern global business environment. Completion of this specialization will ensure a broad management focused perspective on current and emerging information and communication technologies, and advanced knowledge and skills relevant to effective deployment. Graduates will exit from this specialization with a comprehensive understanding of Information System Management within an environmentally responsible and sustainable framework. International Business: This specialization prepares students for management positions in organizations that require professionals with the knowledge to facilitate sustainable and responsible international business and trade practices in a dynamic global environment. This specialization increases the competency of managers to utilize and evaluate the appropriateness of advice from international business experts. This is developed through coursework in Australia and through one or more of the optional international exchange programs. Logistics and Supply Chain Management: This specialization will increase the competency of managers in areas critical to the effectiveness of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. It develops competencies to manage relationships and information flows effectively and efficiently in order to meet customers' needs and achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Graduates will be well equipped to apply their knowledge and skills confidently in the workplace.
A minimum score of 575 on TOEFL, an internet-based (iBT), TOEFL score of 88 (no score less than 21)or a minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 6.0.
