This program will equip students with the necessary managerial skills to run complex projects smoothly, a quality highly valued by employers. Students will graduate with a solid foundation in engineering principles as well as all areas of business management. During the program students need to experience industry relevant professional practice of at least 12 weeks (60 days) to ensure you are work-ready. Students will develop knowledge and skills in the planning, design, management, construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects. Student will also gain the communication, research and critical analysis skills, which are vital to a successful career as a professional engineer. This program provides a foundation in civil engineering with an emphasis on current industry practices and features basic science, engineering principles, practice and management.

The major studies includes the development of skills in construction of roads, bridges, dams, water supply schemes, sewerage systems, transportation systems, harbours, canals, dockyards, airports, railways, factories and large buildings.
The Bachelor of Engineering in (Civil Engineering)/Bachelor of Business (Management) is accredited by Engineers Australia.
As a graduate, Students will be competent in all areas of business management with enhanced managerial skills applicable to civil engineering organizations and equipped to succeed in engineering design, construction and management. After pursuing this degree students may get employment in land and canal development projects, major construction projects, port facilities and airports, railways, roads and highways, town water supplies and waste-water treatment, tunnels, bridges, buildings and dams and other public works. Students may choose to pursue a career as a manager in business and other professions, pursue postgraduate study or research in civil engineering and/or business management.
A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 6.0, a minimum score of 575 on TOEFL or an internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 88 (no score less than 21).
