The course offers specializations in the aquatic fields such as Aquaculture Fundamentals, Aquatic Nutrition and Feeding, Fish Health, Diseases and Prevention, Fish Breeding, Aquatic Systems, Practices and Management.
General assumption of Aquaculture Science.
The course intends to provide the participants with the knowledge and practical skills in aquaculture. It aims to promote continuing education and training among working adults in ornamental fish, food fish industries and other related industries so that they can upgrade their skills and knowledge to meet the demand of the industry.
This course is accredited by the accredited by the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST).
The graduates after the completion of the course can achieve positions in aquaculture which may include : technicians, water quality specialists, maintenance personnel, site managers, and production managers.
