The Bachelor of Business with Honours program provides outstanding undergraduate students with an extra year of advanced study and research that enhances their knowledge and analytical skills in the field of maritime and logistics management.
General knowledge about Maritime and Logistics Management.
This degree is designed to prepare students for management careers in the dynamic and internationally-focused maritime and logistics industries and related areas.The course mainly focusses on the total development to critically appraise the dicipline in a wider spectrum, the quantum of maximum attribution towards the graduates is maintained to gain skills and knowledge.
Bachelor of Business or equivalent degree with a minimum average of a Credit level in third year units, acceptance into the Honours year will be subject to the availability of a suitable supervisor for the Honours dissertation.
Articulation to or from the course may be awarded to the Honours year which prepares candidates for further academic research in a Master degree or Doctor of Philosophy, and, with managerial experience, it is a sound basis for a Master of Business Administration. Successful completion of the Honours year can provide credit for up to two units in the Master of Business Administration (Maritime and Logistics Management).This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia (CILTA).

Traditionally, Honours graduates are highly valued by employers because of their high level of academic achievement, well-developed research skills, and proven ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
