This Master of Business Administration (MBA) will accelerate management career and teach student how to solve real problems in a global business environment. Its suited to recent graduates with a degree in any discipline but with typically less than 4 years work experience. The Business Mentoring Program offers seminars with guest speakers, group work and case studies, individual mentoring and coaching and career preparation.All of our business mentors hold at least 15 years of experience, are active leaders in their respective fields, and will provide guidance and support for your working life.

The major studies includes compulsory courses in Human Resource Management, Production and Operations, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems Management, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Strategic Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Business Ethics, Quantitative Methods and Business Communication.
A Bachelor degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 (out of 4.0)/65%/Credit.Applicants with a GPA between 2.0 and 2.5 may be considered based on work experience and any additional qualifications.
Depending on courses undertaken and experience, graduates may be eligible for associate or full membership of a number of professional bodies. These may include: The Australian Human Resources Institute, The Australian Institute of Management, The Australian Institute of Training and Development, The Industrial Relations Society of Victoria.
Graduates of the arts, business, engineering, health, IT and more study MBA to broaden their career options.
