Our Bachelor of Arts (Languages) degree is designed for talented students who wish to link humanities and social sciences studies with the core study of one or more foreign languages. Our degree has a compulsory, subsidized in-country study component that enables students to spend one or two semesters studying at a designated university in the country of primary language. Any approved studies that students have successfully completed overseas are credited to University of Sydney degree. In-country study enables students to enhance linguistic fluency and cultural knowledge. It can also prepare students for further studies overseas.
