Students will produce animation and interactive media creative works that reflect a clear vision, are creatively and technically excellent and apply knowledge and skills derived from the program and practice.This production-based program invites to push discipline practice to a new level while simultaneously developing a deeper, more reflective understanding of work and its global context. As well as production-based outcomes, students will also develop the ability to critically analyse and write about own and others creative outputs, within the contextual frame of industry relevance.
Applicants with significant work experience or professional practice may be considered.

Successful completion of an Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Applicants with significant work experience or professional practice may be considered.
This program has strong links to industry. Our Program Advisory Committee is made up of industry employers and professionals. Their contribution to the initial development of this program and its ongoing development and improvement ensures it remains relevant to both graduates and employers.
Graduates become:2D or 3D animators, interaction designers, matte artists, web designers ,character designers , games artists online education designers ,machinima director/producers. Students will also be well placed to move into newly emerging professions in virtual communications and online communities.
