This course will help student to work towards professional excellence in individual fine art practice within a stimulating and supportive environment. This rigorous and pluralist masters program takes a cross-disciplinary approach and balances concept with practice.

Working towards professional excellence in individual fine art practice within a stimulating and supportive environment is involved as major part of study.
Completion of an Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with a minimum GPA of 3 in the major discipline. Applicants with significant work experience or professional practice may also be considered.
The program is recognised by national and international funding and support organisations as a degree in fine art, including Arts Victoria and The Australia Council for the Arts.
Graduates rightly assume the role of an informed contemporary artist. They work in the arts industry and as professional practising artists exhibiting nationally and internationally.
