A recognised bachelor degree at a suitably high level in engineering, science, computing or information technology.
In this course the major studies include development of skills in analysis, design, implementation and operation of telecommunication devices, systems, networks and services.
The Master of Engineering Science (Network Systems and Telecommunications) has been accredited by the Australian Computer Society (ACS) at Professional Level (the highest level).
Graduates work in leadership roles in telecommunication and network industries. In the private sector, graduates get employment in the design, manufacture and supply of telecommunication and network devices, systems and services. In the public sector, they provide the community with essential services in areas like: telecommunications, networking, transportation, security, defense, health, education, emergency services, environment protection.Graduates can establish their own business or undertake higher studies by research.
Master: 1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time.This duration incorporates Graduate Diploma: 1 year
