Our new HR management program focuses on developing strategies to manage people and construct workplace arrangements that respond to organisational and human needs. Student will become comfortable by using contemporary media and communication tools, and will be having the ability to explain concepts and forward proposals in a coherent and logical manner. As a HR practitioner student will be expected to understand sustainable work practices and policies and make organizational decisions within the broader social and economic environment and work.

In Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) course major studies include providing undergraduate students with a broad overview of organizational management. It offers a flexible program of courses that emphasizes the most current knowledge in the profession.
Student must have successfully completed an Australian Year 12 or an equivalent senior secondary school qualification with a minimum average of 70%.For information on international qualifications and corresponding entry requirements that are equivalent to an Australian Year 12, see the Entry requirements by country web page. Equivalent qualifications may also include completion of the RMIT Foundation Studies program or a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades.
After completing graduation,Students may seek professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Student will gain the ability and confidence to exercise strong ethical judgment in the areas of employment relations, industrial relations, OHS, negotiation and advocacy, strategic management, and the management of human resources and human performance.
3 year full-time or 6 years part-time, International student visa holders can only study full-time.
