This executive-level program offers working professionals a highly flexible learning experience that fosters leadership, strategic thinking and corporate responsibility. Student will have access to study options in Vietnam, international study tours, online study through Open Universities Australia and intensive course delivery. The MBA (Executive) builds professional experience through collaborative-style learning and business problem-solving to facilitate career progression.
Applicants who do not have an undergraduate degree but can demonstrate through professional work experience their capacity to successfully undertake this program may be considered. Typically this would consist of at least 8-10 years of business experience
The major studies includes compulsory courses in Human Resource Management, Production and Operations, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems Management, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Strategic Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Business Ethics, Quantitative Methods and Business Communication.
Completion of an Australian Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum 50% average/Pass or GPA 1.0 ( on a scale of 4) plus a minimum 5 years of work experience in a managerial position after completion of undergraduate studies.
Depending on courses undertaken and experience, graduates can apply for associate or full membership with the: Australian Human Resources Institute, Australian Institute of Management, Australian Institute of Training and Development, Industrial Relations Society.
Graduates will be able to demonstrate advanced business knowledge and tackle strategic challenges in any organization. Graduates will deliver key capabilities in:executive leadership, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, effective communication, ethical judgement, innovation and advanced problem-solving, the capacity to transform business processes.
1.5 years full-time or 3 years part-time, International student visa holders can only study full-tim
