In this course the major studies include gaining of sound knowledge of the laws that govern commercial transactions. Students will also gain a solid foundation in business law and develop significant knowledge of torts, real property, company law and consumer law, and study units in Contract law, Real property, Intellectual property, Torts, Taxation. The major study also combines theoretical and applied learning.
